The Ubiquitous Type A & B Gravity thruster with Fusion Power Plant
The type A & B Maneuver Drive and Fusion Power Plant Sets are manufactured and sold all over the Imperium and in some neighboring polities. Their popularity derives from their ease of maintenance, availability of parts, and the ability to "tune" the drive for different hull sizes. The following is to show the various performance values for the different hull sizes that the drive-sets can be installed into. (The type A M-drive with fusion power plant displaces 6dt and costs 12Mcr. for TL12-14; the Type B drive-set displaces 10dt and costs 24Mcr., TL12-14.)

The BMCS Bifrost looks like a long cylinder with small bulb at one end and a larger bulb at aft end (consider Discovery One from SO2001) Vessels would be clamped at different equal angles from the central core. {Any artists want to help me out?} In this case the fuel ships are slab configuration, so imagine the top picture with what would look like six fins sticking out at the forward clamping system clamped equal distance around the ship's axis. In the aft docking system, the two Courier/Escorts are clamped on port and starboard and two fuel ships dock dorsal and ventral to the main axis like small fins.
The crew of the two Courier/Escorts reconstitute to form the base crew for the BMCS Bifrost.

100dt TL9-13 Heavy Modular Cutter, Domain Standard
The above picture is of the Type 1C, but the difference is unchanged from the standard design for the Type 2G. The Type 2G has been built at TL9 with a mix of higher technology upgrades sourced from other shipyards.
HEAVY MODULAR CUTTER TYPE 2G
This heavy version of the standard cutter allows two standard modules to be carried. Often seen around space ports, this design fulfills many roles such as shuttle, cargo hauler and fuel tanker to name a few. With the ability to carry two different modules, this is a versatile craft. Unlike the smaller version the Type 2G carries an engineer to keep an eye on the engines and to assist in removal and fitting of modules. Unlike the standard version, its aero-fins allow improved atmospheric capabilities and thus it makes an ideal planetary landing craft. Any standard module may be fitted. Normal crew consists of a pilot, navigator and engineer.

HEAVY MODULAR CUTTER TYPE 2G
This heavy version of the standard cutter allows two standard modules to be carried. Often seen around space ports, this design fulfills many roles such as shuttle, cargo hauler and fuel tanker to name a few. With the ability to carry two different modules, this is a versatile craft. Unlike the smaller version the Type 2G carries an engineer to keep an eye on the engines and to assist in removal and fitting of modules. Unlike the standard version, its aero-fins allow improved atmospheric capabilities and thus it makes an ideal planetary landing craft. Any standard module may be fitted. Normal crew consists of a pilot, navigator and engineer.
